2017 Jeep Compass problems
Two different 2017 Compass models: Jeep built the previous-generation Compass early in the 2017 model year and then switched to the fully redesigned (second-generation) Compass, so both were sold as 2017 models. NHTSA lists a single 2017 COMPASS, so the recalls and owner complaints on these pages may involve either version. Check your VIN at nhtsa.gov/recalls to see which recalls apply to your vehicle.
